Online Account Specialist As an Online Account Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow existing e-commerce accounts and identify new opportunities.
You will work closely with partners to enhance the customer experience and ensure that our products are being promoted effectively on all platforms.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with e-commerce partners to drive growth Implement ideas from ideation to execution to drive sales and revenue Manage pricing across all digital platforms Process, organize, and maintain digital assets including images and other media Report and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and category performance on a weekly basis Manage inventory status across all e-commerce platforms to ensure maximum in-stock availability Partner with merchandising teams to promote the right products and initiatives across all platforms Optimize content utilizing keywords and phrases to maximize search engine optimization (SEO) Develop and manage product attributes to ensure high-quality online listings Conduct competitive analysis to identify how competitors are promoting products and programs on their digital platforms within the market Analyze sales data to drive listing improvements Perform new item set-up and maintenance on all e-commerce platforms Perform other duties as assigned Requirements:
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PC operating skills Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite software is a plus Experience analyzing and applying data to make decisions Account management, sales planning, and business development experience desired Some travel required Job Type:
